The J1400 pipe shredder adopts a multi rotor shearing configuration, allowing operators to activate the required number of rotors according to production demands, greatly improving shredding efficiency and reducing current surge. High shear cutting between the rotor and counter knives, suitable for thin-wall pipe shredding.

Shredding Large Pipes without Pre-cutting to Save Energy and Reduce Costs

The hopper of the J1400 accepts pipe diameter up to 1400 mm and lengths up to 6 meters, which can directly accommodate the whole-pipe feeding of mainstream large-diameter pipes in the industry without the need for pre-cutting, greatly simplifying the production process, effectively saving energy consumption and reducing production costs.

The feeding system is equipped with a multi-level hydraulic cylinder, powered and controlled by an efficient, stable, and automatic control system. Stand alone electrical control panel with Siemens PLC Control System. The equipment is with a compact and reliable design. Safety assess doors and covers are designed with hydraulic opening devices for easy maintenance.
